Known bugs

Global

• Logger doesn't always close output streams, causing IOExceptions when closing/reopening a server.

IrcTextBox

• The active textbox sometimes scrolls to top when the mainform is minimized and restored.
• LinkHover effects may flicker/not show up in a few seconds.
• Clicking links may cause the textbox to scroll to bottom.
